Cancellation & Refund Policy

Definitions:

“Users” referred to Patients or individuals who subscribe to the Total Health Tracker (THT) mobile application.

“Healthcare practitioners” collectively referred to Doctors, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, and Nurses.

“Third parties” collectively referred to the Fat Secret platform, Diagnostic services, Pharmacy services, Blood bank services, Emergency services, AI-assisted services, and Healthcare packages.

Cancellation

THT Users can terminate their subscription anytime by writing to info@totalhealthtracker.com. Users have the option of either terminating their THT account along with the subscription fully or canceling only the subscription plan. Should the User choose to only cancel their subscription plan, a basic profile/THT ID of the User will be maintained active by THT for a period of 1 year after which it will be deleted. The deletion will be notified to the User through both email and SMS contact services for further action by the User. Upon cancellation of the subscription, all services rendered through the THT mobile application from Healthcare practitioners and/or third parties will become unavailable to the User.

Refund Policy

Further, THT may refund the amount paid by the User towards their subscription plan services, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Upon Users terminating their THT account along with the subscription plan fully or canceling only the subscription plan, the refund will be available only for the cancellation of the subscription plan and not for the registration fee.
  2. For refund upon cancellation of any subscription plan, the following refund scheme will be applied:
    1. If the User is canceling the subscription plan during the “free trial period” for services (Track your health – 14 days; Track your diet – 14 days; and Track your physical activity – 7 days, from the date of subscribing to the mentioned services), THT will refund the entire subscription plan amount which was paid by the User.
    2. If the User requests for cancellation of his/her monthly subscription to the above-mentioned services after the “free trial period”, THT will deduct a maximum of 50% of the actual value of the subscription plan availed by the User, if canceled between 0-10 days; 75% if canceled between 10-20 days; and full deduction if canceled between 20-30 days.
  3. For availing refund, Users shall send invoice/bill raised through THT and bank account details, which are usually emailed and sent as an SMS to the Users at the time of joining the subscription plan.
  4. No refund will be made to the User after the expiry of the User’s subscription to THT is not valid.
  5. No refund will be made if the details furnished by the User during registration are misappropriate (upon verification by administration), and/or if the User engages in unlawful or disparaging remarks/activities that affect the THT brand or other Users of THT.

THT practices an unbiased approach in acting upon refund requests following the cancellation of the User’s subscription and refund requests are acted upon in the order that they are received.
